2014 will be Deorro’s biggest year to date. He has prepped tons of tracks, all in his Melbourne/ Dutch/ Pandafunk sound. It’s amazing how distinct his productions are from one another while all staying within the same genre. From remixes to originals to collaborations, Deorro’s identity (as far as sound) is easily distinguishable from the other producers that he collars with his identity in all of his collaborations.
He recently released an original track “Five Hours” on Avicii’s label LEV7LS. Deorro also dropped another ID in his back to back Beatport set with Borgore. He also has collabs with the following in the respect order of the tracks below: Steve Aoki, Steve Aoki and Diplo, and R3hab. The collaboration with Steve Aoki and Diplo is most likely called “Let’s Get Freaky”. When R3hab or Deorro drop their ID live, they tell the crowd take out their phones and flash their light in the air. This tactic builds the hype, making the drop much more climatic He also has an official remix for Cazzette coming out soon.
We wanted the unitedbydance community to be aware of such amazing and flawless productions by one of the most exciting producers in the Dutch/ Melbourne genre. We hope you’re all prepared for what has yet to come. Give us feedback on what you think!
W&W over the past few years have become known for their unique blend of big room sound and trance beats. With hits like the “The Code”, their remix to Armin Van Buuren’s “This Is What It Feels Like”, and “Jumper”, the dutch duo has certainly created a name for themselves.
Currently sitting atop the Beatport Charts with their original track “Big Foot”, the duo is back with their first original remix of the year to Gareth Emery’s “U”. This big room take on this progressive trance track is reminisce to what they were able to accomplish when they remixed Armin’s “This Is What It Feels Like”. The remix they did for Armin Van Buuren was on of the biggest of 2013 and by the looks of this remix, “U”, it is set to be their next big remixed track.
The melodic and vocal intro is kept in-tune with the original version and when the beat drops the signature sound of W&W is on full display. Definitely check this track out below and check back on February 24th for the full release!
Some could call The Blasterjaxx the breakout duo of 2013, landing in at the #71 spot on the DJ Mag Top 100 List. With their infectious big room sound, the duo continues to absolutely master their craft and create some of the biggest original and remixed tracks in the world.
Well with 2014 in full swing the duo is back with their biggest remix to date of Armin Van Buuren’s hit “Save My Night”. The duo is able to take an elegant trance track and throw a completely different spin on it. Their unique production abilities are able to maintain the beautiful style of Armin Van Buuren while throwing down their own big room sound.
This track is set to be released on February 24th on Armada Records and is destined for big things! Definitely check this track out below and let us know what you think.
R3hab relentlessly worked his way to be in the position that he’s in. R3hab’s original signature production sound we were all familiar with was filled with ‘bleeping’ dutch sounds. There was much controversy over whether or not he could step outside of his safe zone, whether or not he could break his sound barrier.
If you follow EDM religiously, you’d know how diverse his production style has become. From melodic progressive house, to trap, to massive hard electro house, he has made a major impact on the EDM scene already and will continue to do so.
This time, he took the typical electro sound and turned it into something funky, bouncy electro and named it “Android”. Once the clock hits the 42 second mark, he breaks the song down in a melodic anthem sounding synth. The grinding, gassy synth of the drop is similar to MAKJ’s remix to “Not Taking This No More” by Nervo and Ivan Gough. I hope you guys like the brand spanking new preview. Help build the hype. It’ll be released on Dim Mak on February 25th so prepare yourselves!
It was a little over a year ago that the LA based producer, TJR, released his massive hit “Ode To Oi” to the world. What this track did was bring a completely different style and sound into the mainstream EDM market in the United States. The infectious Melbourne bounce style has since skyrocketed and put TJR back on the map.
Well with 2014 in full swing, it is time for the first unofficial announcement for TJR’s upcoming single featuring Good Charlotte’s own Benji Madden. This monster collaboration uses the strengths of both producer and vocalist to create one amazing track. TJR throws down a massive Melbourne Bounce beat with Benji Madden providing his unique pop-punk vocals over the track.
This track is beyond infectious and is being considered TJR’s next big hit! Definitely check out this track below and let us know what you think!
Not sure if many of you guys are aware of Borgore and Deorro’s Beatport back to back set, published on November 15th, 2013. They dropped a bunch of their unreleased tracks (at that date). As time gets closer to an official preview for this track, we figured we’d give you guys a heads up as per what’s ahead of us.
Borgore transitions into this track about 29:40 minutes into the set. This is a collaboration with Sikdope that’s been kept in his pocket for too long. We’ve anxiously been waiting for news on this one.
It’s heavy due it’s hard-style bass thrown in with a funky dutch synths over it. It will be 2014’s early festival killer, especially in “basspod” tents.
The hour of back-to-back music between Borgore and Deorro is 110% worth listening to. Like mentioned before, they drop tons of new music- a bunch that have yet to even be officially previewed. It’s most likely to be released on Buygore Records. Date and official preview TBA. Hope you guys like it!

Having debuted hits in 2013 with the likes of Axwell and fellowing rising superstar, Dannic, the night was destined for big things.
Being called upon to headline Slake NYC is no easy task, but the sense of anticipation in the club this past Friday night was buzzing. Ivan Gough and Jebu are a couple of Australians who are no strangers to each other as we all know. They’ve collab’ed before a few times, most notably their monster bass-killing track “Kukatu”. This was Steve Angello’s secret weapon for quite a while until he released it.
Steve Angello and Size Records are preparing tons of new material that will be coming out soon enough, including originals, hidden gems, and crazy collaborations. A notable Steve Angello collab is with the #6 DJ’s in the world, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike.
This new track, “Noxu” is a drop filled with crazy energetic sounds. It drops once, leads to a bridge, and drops again with more sounds to fill the air. It’s a big-room sounding monster. There are signature Dannic sounds present; this song reminds me of “Blueprint” by Dannic, which is a huge track. “Noxu” is a ticking bomb and it’s set to release on February 24th so prepare for the explosion. It’ll be out on Size Records and Neon Records
P.S. – We gave you guys the official preview along with a live rip of the track. You can get an idea of the quality and depth of the production via the soundcloud link, while you can hear a more complete version of the track in lower quality on YouTube . Let us know what you think!

A little over 4 years ago, the duo that is the Blasterjaxx was formed. As two friends with strong contrasting personalities they learned to work off of each others strengths and negate each other’s weaknesses.
